Executive Director Grant Hill graduated from Texas A&M with a B.S. in Political Science.  He spent over 7 years in the financial industry working for Merrill Lynch and Morgan Keegan.  His practical experience of implementing NLP into business (negotiations, marketing, sales, and personal growth) has proved valuable for his clients. He began an extensive study with Edit Rodas-Carroll and after 5 years of training became Executive Director.  Grant’s specialty is tailoring custom workshops for businesses and individuals.

The late, Edit Rodas-Carroll dedicated her life to the pursuit of equality and excellence.  As Founder of our Center, one of the oldest of its kind, Edit was a true artist of NLP and creator of the Center’s training material.  She studied extensively with the founders of NLP and the late, family therapist Virginia Satir.
