An Associate of The Center and Principal of its planning Partner, OnTheCrest Consulting, Peter has worked as an associate with the Covey Leadership Center–Houston and its successor organization, TEAMLeadership Center. In the past ten years he has focused on facilitating the work of teams, particularly conducting strategic, project, and action planning for intact teams. His clients have included Exxon Chemicals, Southwestern Bell, Mayflower Transit, Weyerhaeuser, The Methodist Hospital, and Shell Oil Company.

Peter holds master’s degrees in information science from Rutgers University and organization development from Pepperdine University.
